WHAT IS SERAPHIM REWARDS

Seraphim Rewards is the name of our loyalty programme where you can earn 'wings' in multiple ways to benefit from discounts against future purchases.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

It's really simple to join, simply login to your www.scentsbyseraphim.com account, or if you don't already have one. Sign up by clicking on the 'log In' option from the navigation pane at the top of the website.

Next, click on the button in the bottom left corner of the screen to view your personal dashboard. From here you can access your reward history, check your balance, review the different ways in which you can earn and spend wings and find you unique referral code.

HOW DO I EARN WINGS?

There are lots off different ways for you to earn wings to turn into discounts, we've detailed the main ones below but please always refer to your dashboard for up to date information as new and / or temporary incentives are added occasionally and we retain the right to disable any active ones without notice.

Earn 5 wings for every £1 you spend at www.scentsbyseraphim.com
Add your date of birth and receive 500 wings on your birthday as a gift from us.
Follow us on Instagram and receive 50 wings.
Share us on Facebook and receive 50 wings.
Like us on Facebook and receive 50 wings.
Refer us to a friend using your unique code and you will both earn 500 wings to use against any order of £10 or more.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY REFERRAL CODE?

Your unique referral code to share with friends and family can be found at the bottom of your Seraphim Rewards dashboard. Ensure you are logged in to your www.scentsbyseraphim.com account, click on the Seraphim Rewards button in the bottom left corner of the screen, then scroll to the bottom. You then have the option of copying the code displayed and sharing it, or alternatively you can click on the Facebook icon to share the link to your News Feed or Story. Or if preferred, you can email the link to one or more contacts by selecting the email icon, and inputting their email address(es) and your personalised message then hitting the 'send email' button.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY WINGS AGAINST A PURCHASE?

To spend your wings, you will first need to generate a code. Do this by logging in to your www.scentsbyseraphim.com account and opening up the Seraphim Rewards dashboard. If you have not earned enough wings to make a redemption yet, your dashboard will tell you how many more you need before you can generate your code.

If you have banked enough wings to exchange for a reward, click on 'ways to redeem' from your dashboard.

Followed by the redeem button on the next screen.

In the event you have been saving up your wings for a larger discount, you have the option of selecting how many you want to redeem by using the sliding scale.

After choosing whether you want to use all or just some of your wings, click on the redeem button below the sliding scale to generate a discount code. to use on your next order.

Copy the code and paste it into the voucher box during your check out process. Don't worry if you don't want to use it straight away, you can find a record of your unused codes in your Seraphim Rewards dashboard under the 'Your rewards' section. You will also receive an email confirmation of your code.
